The villa holds 10 people in 5 bedrooms comfortably. There is also a queen sleeper in the living room which can sleep another two plus a baby in the cot supplied.
For the comfort and safety of all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited within the villa which is fitted with smoke detectors which are linked to our security company. No pets are allowed.
The villa is less than 15 minutes from the entrances to all the main attractions at Walt Disney World. Sea World is 20 minutes away and Universal 25 minutes. After a long day at the Parks you can get the children home and into bed in a matter of minutes!
The villa has a south facing pool for all day sunshine. No need to keep moving those loungers around to catch the sun.
Unlike some villas which back on to walls or other properties, the villa has idealistic unrestricted views over a lake and conservation woodland area (guaranteeing privacy).
Cumbrian Lakes is a gated community. Directions and keypad entry code for both the community and the villa will be sent to you 2-3 weeks before your arrival.
The villa is fully equipped for all your likely holiday requirements. Bed linen, towels and pool towels are provided. A small initial supply of washing powder/dish washer powder/toilet rolls etc. are provided which you will have to top-up as required.
The villa is well equipped for small children. The villa comes complete with a cot, highchair, as well as a removable safety barrier to prevent unsupervised access to the pool by young children.
There are a selection of toys, games, Playstation 2 and DVD's.
The pool can be heated (by agreement) for additional cost as indicated on the booking form. We would recommend pool heat from October through to May. The pool is heated to the maximum temperature allowed under Florida law (85 degrees).
The villa is 5 minutes away from Wal-Mart, a 24 hour supermarket. The Premium Outlet Mall is only 10 minutes away and houses many designer label stores (including: Nike, Timberland, Adidas, Versace, Armani etc etc.). In addition there is a wide variety of stores on Highway 192.
There is a wealth of restaurants on Highway 192 which is 5 minutes away including: Bennigan's, Ponderosa, Taco Bell, Pizzeria Uno, Perkins, TGI's, Denny's, Chinese Buffet etc, many of whom will deliver. There are also themed restaurants including Medieval Times and Capone's.
Hopefully you will not need this, but for peace of mind there is a walk in medical centre at the Formosa Shopping Centre, Lake Buena Vista Clinic at 125000 Apopka-Vineland Road and Osceola Reginald Hospital at 700 West Oak Street, Kissimmee, all of which are located less than 15 minutes from the villa.
The house is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival and the pool and garden are tended to weekly.
